Guilds at the Texas Renaissance Festival

Guilds are groups of Diamond Season Pass Holders who wish to combine the land allotted to each Season Pass in order to make a consolidated campsite.

TRF Guild Requirements

Guilds must have a representative (or a Construction Leader if construction is involved) submit a Construction/Land Request Form with all their members listed in order to create a combined campsite.

Each individual Season Pass Holder in a Guild must fill out the Guild Commitment Form to verify their membership and dedicate their individual land to the Guild.

Any Season Pass Holder who is not in a Guild must reserve their own plot of land and remain within their allotted 525 square feet.

Reserving Land

Land must be reserved and is available on a first-come, first served basis* through the Construction/Land Request Form. Requested land must have a specific size, layout, and location.

Each Season Pass Holder may reserve up to 525 square feet. If a Season Pass Holder wishes to be part of a Guild, their allotted 525 square feet will be added to the total area their Guild can reserve. (If you leave your Guild, you will not be able to reclaim your allotted land for individual usage.)

Communal Plots

If a Guild wishes to obtain more land than has been allotted by its members, the group may choose to purchase Communal Plots. Communal Plots are only offered in 2,500 square foot increments (e.g. 50' x 50') at a rate of $1 per square feet. This

sum must be paid in full by September 1st. Communal Plots may not house living accommodations. It must be a common area (either public or private).

Only Guilds may purchase Communal Plots.

* TRF Staff reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis
