As a randomly selected winner from all correct submitted answers will win the following:

ELIGIBILITY: The TRF Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Podcast Giveaway is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents 18 years and older.
HOW TO ENTER: The entry period begins on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and ends on December 31, 2020. Weekly contest window is Thursday - Monday with randomly drawn winner announced on Tuesday of each week prior to the publishing of the new episode.
To enter the Contest and qualify for the
prizes:
1. Using the provided link on TRF social media platforms, fill out the form for
the weekly contest answering the trivia questions about the week's podcast
episode.
HOW TO WIN: One winner (1) will be selected by random selection each week from all who enter within the weekly contest period of Thursday - Monday. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
RULES FOR ENTRY:
Entrants may enter contest each week. At the end of the week, entrants will be
purged, and a new contest window will open.
Each winner may only win 1 time within the campaign dates.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely
responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs
that may be incurred.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Texas
Renaissance Festival LLC in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a
prize of like or equal value.
A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC reserves the right in its sole and absolute
discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC reserves the right in its sole and absolute
discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
Winners are selected based on the following criteria: completed entry form in
its entirety within the contest dates with correct answers.
No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
A list of winner(s) will be made available by request. To receive the winner's
name, email marketing@texrenfest.com.
The Texas Renaissance Festival reserves the right to condition the award of
prizes upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release (without
compensation to the entrant) to publicize the contest and otherwise, as
determined by The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC, unless prohibited by law.
Employees of The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC and their immediate family
members are not eligible for the contest. The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC reserves
the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a
sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt
of the prize or award.
Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes,
claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or
any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to form of
class action, and exclusively in the federal or state circuit court located in Todd
Mission, Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited
to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering into this contest, but in no event including attorneys' fees, and (3)
under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and
consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise
increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation, and enforceability of these contest rules, or the rights and
obligations of the entrant and The Texas Renaissance Festival LLC in connection
with the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Texas.
