Thank you for considering the Texas Renaissance Festival for your donation request. We appreciate your interest in partnering with us. Every year we receive 1000s of requests and we try to accommodate as many as we can.

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:

Timeline: We are open for donations up until September 1, 2026 for the 2026 season.

Event Date Restrictions: If your event takes place in November, we're unable to provide tickets just due to being halfway through the festival season.

Application Process: To submit a donation request, please email us at donations@texrenfest.com or info@texrenfest.com. Be sure to include detailed information about your organization, the purpose of the donation, and your 501C3 information if applicable.

Notification of Decision: Once a decision has been made, applicants will be notified via email.
