Experience an exciting group outing like no other. Groups will enjoy strolling the cobblestone paths of our authentically recreated 66-acre 16th century village, visiting more than 400 shoppes featuring unique arts and crafts as well as sampling foods from many cultures, playing games of skill and participating in a variety of human-powered rides. In addition, hundreds of costumed characters are there to entertain your party with over 200 performances daily. Each of our eight themed weekends brings a new adventure for your group, offering unique programs, activities, and more!

Groups of 15 or more adults can receive discounted admission tickets.

Group Discount Code: GROUP15+
Minimum Purchase: 15 tickets in cart
Eligible Ticket Types:
  • Date-specific festival tickets (Adult/Child, Advance or with Insurance)
  • Stay & Play packages
  • “Enjoy the Weekends” options

Camping: A minimum of 30 camping tickets must be purchased to qualify for the camping discount

Discount Structure:
  • Tiered pricing begins at 15% off for groups of 15+

Corporate Codes

  • Discount on Festival and Camping Tickets
  • Minimum of 15 employees required to qualify
To Apply, email Groups@TexRenFest.com with the following information:
  • Company name
  • Estimated employee count (for large organizations)
  • Contact person
  • Job title
  • Company city and state
  • Email Address
  • Phone number

Approval Process:

  • If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your company discount code and usage instructions
  • Applications must be resubmitted annually

Important Restrictions:

  • Available for purchase online or at the festival gate only
  • Codes are intended for employees and their families only
  • For gate purchases, ID and proof of employment may be required
  • Do not share codes on public social media; sharing codes publicly revokes your right to having a code.

Please note: the only weekday we are open is Thanksgiving Friday.
