- Valid ID required for alcohol. Digital IDs on devices cannot be accepted.
- We cannot guarantee cross-contamination-free dishes for dairy, gluten, or nut allergies. Meal preferences can be selected when booking your seat. Vegetarian guests are encouraged to ask their server about the soup course and vegetable plate entrée option.
- Venue is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible, with accessible restrooms on site.
- Children welcome with a parent/guardian; ticket required.
- 2026 commemorative tankards are only available during the 2026 Festival season and cannot be purchased separately.
Helpful Tips
Saturday and Thanksgiving Friday shows sell out early — sometimes weeks in advance. Tables 4, 7, 15, and 18 are especially popular. Book early to secure your preferred seats! Doors open and seating begins 10–15 minutes before showtime. Listen for your party's name to be called — a host will escort you to your table. (Shoppe #302) Founder's Club VIP guests, please arrive early to receive your VIP badge and access the lounge before your scheduled feast time.
