Dragon Wagons
Electric Mobility Scooters $15/hr
Scooter rentals are $15/hr, 4 hr minimum, or $99 for the Day
Covered Wagons $20/day
Dragon Wagon covered wagons are made to pull your wee ones and other treasures. These are $20/day, pay as you wish; however, a credit card must be on file to rent and we do not reserve these wagons.
Wheelchairs $40/day
Wheelchairs are $40/day and may be reserved.

All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before and after use for your safety.
A credit card must be on file to rent. We need a credit card on file for reservations, to cover late cancellations. Rentals are calculated in whole hours with a 15 minute grace time on returns.
There is a 325lb weight limit on scooter rentals, and ID and valid credit card is required at checkout. The intended rider must be minimum 16 years old and present to sign release and be trained in operations. If the wt limit is a concern please let us know in advance as we do have a limited amount of stronger scooters that are ONLY available to those over 325lbs. Rider weight WILL be verified at checkout.
All reservations begin at Festival Opening, however we do open our counter 30 minutes early for your convenience.
The festival is open Rain or Shine, and the Scooters operate
"Rain or Shine, Mud and Wine". Therefore, like the festival there are
NO REFUNDS on reservations.
We do allow rescheduling IF AVAILABLE with no penalty and no fee by phone call, message, or email on or before the Thurs midnight prior to your paid reservation (Weds midnight for Thanksgiving weekend).
Failure to show or cancel for hourly rentals will
result in losing your reservation 4 hours after opening. Consider the Day Rate
if you plan to arrive late or stay late.
ASL Weekends
The Texas Renaissance Festival (TRF), the nation's largest and most acclaimed festival of food, fun and Renaissance magic, is pleased to announce that it will host two Deaf Awareness Weekends at this year's festival: October 19-20 for the Weekend of 1001 Dreams and November 16-17 for Barbarian Invasion Weekend. These weekends will feature American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters dozens of shows and events taking place at the festival.
Thanks to the all-volunteer ASLfairesTX, on any given day of the two Deaf Awareness Weekends, roughly 30 to 35 shows will be provided with interpreters. ASL events will be announced soon, so please follow ASLfairesTX on Facebook for details, volunteer opportunities and discount codes.
In addition, TRF's camping facilities are happy to welcome Clan Eyeth, a Deaf Camping Clan and Clan Armadillo, a Deaf/Blind Camping Clan. These are open to all individuals who are Deaf, Deaf/Blind, use ASL or have relations or friendships with these communities. Whenever possible, some of the shows at the campground may also have accessibility provisions.
