Campground Rules and FAQs

TRF is committed to providing a safe and fun environment for campground patrons of all ages and backgrounds. All patrons acknowledge upon entry that they have received these rules, will comply and understand the consequence of violation.

Campground Rules 

TRF is committed to providing a safe and fun environment for campground patrons of all ages and backgrounds. All patrons acknowledge upon entry that they have received these rules, will comply and understand the consequence of violation.

#1 Rule: Please be considerate of others. Disorderly Conduct Will Not Be Tolerated.

Camping Pass/Wristband: All patrons in the campground shall be wearing a Valid Wristband provided upon entry during the admission process. All Season Pass Members shall have a Valid Seasons Pass displayed on their RV/Tent, or are subject to removal from the campground at owners expense.

Festival Tickets: All Campground Patrons MUST have a Valid Festival Ticket or Season Pass for at least one day of the camping weekend.

Festival Parking: Vehicles left in Festival General Parking after 2am are subject to towing at owner expense.

Minors: Children 16 and under MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian

Quiet Hours:

· Family Camping Area 10pm - 6am

· Main Camping Area 12am - 6am

Fires: All Fires MUST be kept enclosed in off the ground containers, such as above ground fire pits, BBQ pits, metal barrels, chimineas or liquid fueled heating.

No open flames are allowed on the ground.

Do NOT dump coals, embers, or any fire remains on the ground, trash bins or in the dumpster.

Ash barrels are located throughout the campground.

Pets: Only ADA recognized service animals permitted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Waste: All Campsites are required to be kept neat, clean and free of debris - Trash bins and dumpsters are located throughout the campground.

Weapons: Firearms concealed or open carry are Strictly Prohibited / NOT ALLOWED!

Swords, Knives, Axes, Maces, any edged or pointed weapons MUST be Sheathed and Peace Tied at All Times, period/themed or otherwise.

Strictly Prohibited: Illegal Drugs, Alcohol Abuse, Fireworks, Sky Lanterns, Lazer Pointers, Drones, Airborne RC Vehicles, Golf Carts, ATV's, UTV's, and Dirt Bikes are NOT Allowed.

Violations: A violation of any rule or policy will result in removal without refund from the property at the Management or Security Personnel's discretion. Management has final authority in all matters. TRF is privately owned and operated.

Campground FAQs

Are there any rentals available at the campground?

Cabins and Glamping Tents are available for rent by the day or the weekend. There is also a graded VIP section for RVs and motorhomes. You can find more information on our Camping Page or call 936-218-0972.

Are there any hotel accommodations nearby?

There are many hotels located within a 20-30 minute driving distance to the Festival. The accommodations range from full service hotels to mid-range and economy hotels. Many offer special festival rates and some have shuttle service to and from the festival. For a complete list of preferred hotels, go to the Lodgings page of our website.

What kind of camping facilities are available? Can we bring our RV?

The campground has room for both tent and RV camping. There are water stations with potable water and a pump station for sewage waste, but no water or electrical hookups.
There are attended restrooms, showers and dressing areas located near the campground entrance. Also, a shuttle service is available for transportation to and from the festival at an additional charge. For more information refer to our Camping page or call 800-458-3435.

Where is the festival campground located? How much does it cost?


The Fields of New Market Campground is a 200 acre camping facility located adjacent to the Festival site. The entrance is located at 11282 County Road 302 Todd Mission, 77363.

You will need a festival ticket as well to enter the campground.

We have two RV pad locations (Preferred and Standard) as well that can be booked at www.campspot.com/book/texrenfest

Hours - Open each Festival weekend from 12 pm Thursday until 12 pm Monday.

Thanksgiving Weekend - Open from 12 pm Wednesday to 12 pm Monday.

The entrance gates are staffed 24 hours a day during open hours.
