ODIN'S TABLE is back with a completely new and unique Texas Wine Tasting experience, and one fit for the Gods.

Brought to you by Haak Wines, the Official Wine Sponsor of the 2024 Texas Renaissance Festival, and curated by their knowledgeable staff, and possibly even Odin himself, you will taste through 5 very distinct Haak wines:

• The Haak Mjod, a Mead-style white wine created to mimic the flavor of Old Norse Mead
• The Muninn, a semi-sweet, full-bodied white wine, Co-Branded with TRF
• The Huginn, a bold, full-bodied red wine, Co-Branded with TRF
• Blanc du Bois Madeira, a unique style of fortified wine, barrel-aged in a heated "estufa"
• Renaissance Series Jacquez Madeira, another version of our Madeira using red grapes

You can expect this tasting to be visually stunning, interactive, educational, entertaining, and includes a commemorative, ergonomic wine glass with TRF and Haak logos, yours to keep.

Tastings on the hour starting at 10AM and ending at 7PM. Patrons may also purchase a glass of Royal Bourbon or Rum any way they like it and enjoy it in the shop. 21 and over only-please drink responsibly.

The greatest artistic minds of the Parisian Gilded Age have one vice in common: the absinthe parlor. Welcome to Wyrmwood, where the stage is set for revelry, and the glasses are brimming with everyone's favorite emerald liqueur; where the woman to your side could be the most influential novelist of the age, and the man hurling insults in the corner might be one of the world's most preeminent musicians. But when twilight falls, what whispers might occur? What intrigue? What mysteries unfold? You decide. And perhaps this time, the scandals, affairs, and countless improprieties - the secrets of the night - might very well be handled by the resident boozers: the dancers, artists, musicians extraordinaire and masters of craft.

THE QUEST FOR THE HOLY FAIL

The bawdiest tour guides in New Market are on a quest to find the filthiest, most reprehensible, and yet inexplicably hilarious joke, song, or limerick ever devised by the human brain, and they want you to join them.

In this two-hour tour through the seedy underbelly of what passes of wit in the alehouses of the Renaissance, the Holy Heralds of Hops will ply you with dirty jokes, lewd songs, drinking games, general debauchery, and of course beer - all the better to lubricate your tongues. Your commemorative tasting glass is yours to keep, and at the end of the crusade, the participant who provides the most inappropriate source of laughter for the rest of us will receive a special prize of (dis)honor to mark their contribution to the Holy Heralds of Hops' epic Quest of the Holy Fail.
