Obtaining a Media Pass
Texas Renaissance Festival Media Passes are intended for representatives of official news media and entertainment outlets ONLY (i.e. newspapers, television, radio, publications, bloggers/vloggers, and high profile influencers), with valid credentials from the outlet they represent.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO OBTAIN A MEDIA PASS
- Representative from TV, publications, and radio - MUST provide ID (e.g., business card) and photo ID to validate
- Bloggers/Vloggers/Influencers - MUST show proof that at least one of their channels has more than 50K followers (and proof that the channel is actually theirs).
- Empty-handed individuals will not be considered crew; and family and friends are welcome to attend, but will not be provided a Media Pass.
- If you meet the criteria above and would like to cover the 2023 Texas Renaissance Festival as a member of the media/press, please email Kolton Ammerman, the Texas Renaissance Festival Marketing Director, at kammerman@texrenfest.com no later than the Thursday prior to the weekend you would like to visit so the Media Center staff can expect you.
